Sunday Lunch with a difference courtesy of "The Three Sisters" Indian Cookbook. I highly recommend this cookbook. All the recipes are complex but simple to follow, and in this case a total of about 20 herbs & Spices were used making this a very tasty meal !

Spotted at the entrance to the High Street in Stone, Staffordshire.  I was trying to work out whether i could drive down the High Street next Saturday at 6pm when I take my disabled Father with us for a meal in the Crown of India Restaurant.

I asked two passing Police Officers and they said "If you can work out what it means please come and tell us at the Police Station" ;-)

Maybe is entrapment to raise much needed funds from confused motorists ?

Quite suprisingly we used a lot less energy in our house in 2011 than we did in 2010 (see last years 10:10 results)

However our 2011 fuel bill was still circa 20% higher than 2010 !
